Who we are

This website belongs to Florya Steak House, De Hemptinneplein-Waesmeer, 9140 Temse, Belgium. You can reach us by phone on 0487 54 06 41.

What this website collects

This website has no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, date and requested page) for security and technical operation.

Reservations by phone or WhatsApp

When you call us or send a WhatsApp message, we use the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, date and number of guests, only to handle your reservation. The reservation form on this website does not store or send anything itself: it only prepares a message that you send yourself in WhatsApp. WhatsApp is a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited and its own privacy policy applies.

Google Maps

The map is only loaded after you choose to show it. Google then receives data such as your IP address and may set cookies. Google's privacy policy applies. We store your choice in your browser's local storage so we do not have to ask again; you can withdraw it under Cookie preferences.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us by phone. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be / autoriteprotectiondonnees.be).
